1. What's your best price for this watch?

A: Quotation will depent on your quantity. Pls kindly let us know your quantity when you inquire. Any questions about the prices, pls contact us for discussion.

2. What's your MOQ? 

A: For stainless steel case, we require 500 pcs for MOQ.

For alloy case, we require 1000 pcs for MOQ.

3.How about the sample? Can I get it for free? And the sample delivery time?

A:For samples, we need to charge 100usd for 1 piece of sample and shipping cost depends on which area you are.

But don't worry, we would return this sample fee if we can reach an order.

For the delivery time, about 30 days are needed for existing models and about 45 days for new models.

3. What's the delivery time?

A: Normally,  it's 35 - 40 days after every details confirmed for mass production.

And goods will be deliveried when balance is received.

4.What's your packing?

A:Our normal pcaking is 1 opp bag for 1 watch. 

Also you can customize your own packing. But pls notice it will take extra charge for it.

5.Can we have our own logo or design?

A: Yes, your own logo is welcomed and we can make it free for you.

You can be customized on dial, caseback, band, buckle or any other places.

Also your own design is welcomed, we can make samples or mass prodction according to your supplied samples or design.

6.What about the warranty?

A:We have our QC department. All the goods would be 100% inspected before shipment. Any problems that you find after receiving the goods, pls contact us immediately for solutions. We provide 1 year warranty for the customize watches.
